Blood Pressure Turns Normal

	Dear Holy Ziguang Shang Shi, I am writing this letter to thank you for the good health I am receiving. My name is Frankie, the oldest of the American participants. THEY are much younger than I. But I have been trying hard. Age 67 and 30 is a BIG difference in age and physical body. Anyway I hope not to have to go to a nursing home. I am afraid of doctors and there wonder pills and chemo.. After I practiced Guang Huan Mi Zong Health Dharma for 3 months, I go to check my blood pressure, it is normal now, and my lungs are good. I am waiting for blood test. The doctor DID NOT believe I was as old as I am. So far so good, you are my DOCTOR. I thank you for showing me how to cultivate my mind and body. Sincerely, Frank Holt Sr.
